Who we are

This policy explains what information Enterprise Web Designs (“we” or “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Enterprise Web Designs is owned and operated by Elias Loubani in Palm Harbor, Florida.

Information you give us

When you request a free website review or contact us, we collect what you enter or send: your name, your business name, your phone number or email address, your current website if you have one, your type of business, and anything else you choose to tell us.

If you become a client, we also collect what we need to build your site and bill you, such as the text, photos and logins you share with us, and records of payments. We don’t collect payment card numbers through this website.

Information collected automatically

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools.

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of each request. These server logs are used to keep the site secure and running.

The fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads. Google describes how it handles this in the Google Fonts privacy FAQ.

How we use your information

We won’t use your information for anything else without telling you first.

Phone calls, texts and email

When you send us your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request and any work we do together. We don’t send marketing text messages.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Reply STOP to any text, or tell us by phone or email. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted advertising. We only share it with:

• Service providers that help us run the business: Formspree (delivers form submissions to our inbox), Google (our email provider, and the fonts on this site) and our website hosting provider. They may use it only to provide their services. You can read Formspree’s privacy policy.
• Authorities or others when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, safety or property.
• A new owner if the business is ever sold or reorganized, who must keep following this policy.

Do Not Track and tracking by others

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because we don’t track visitors across websites or over time, this site works the same whether or not that signal is on. We don’t allow other companies to collect information about your activity across different websites through our site, apart from the basic technical information described above.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. We keep client records for as long as we provide services and as required for tax and legal purposes. After that, we delete them. Formspree keeps its own copies of form submissions under its policy.

How we protect it

This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the people who need your information to serve you can access it. No way of sending or storing information is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop contacting you. Just call or email us, and we’ll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records when the law requires it.

Depending on where you live, your state’s privacy law may give you additional rights. Contact us and we’ll honor them as the law requires.

Children

This website is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we’ll point them out at the top of this page.
